Exhibitor Information
Location
Exhibitors tables will be located in the Centennial Prefunction Area outside the Centennial ballrooms on the 3rd floor of the hotel.

Setup & Tear Down
9/21 - 1:00 pm to 5:30 pm- Exhibitor setup (early registration begins at 4:30, welcome reception begins at 5:30)
9/22- 7:00 am to 7:30 am- Exhibitor setup (breakfast and registration begin at 7:30)
9/23- 1:30 pm to 3:00 pm- Exhibitor tear down
Booth Logistics
We will have a 6’ x 30” table and chairs available for you at the conference. Should you have any extra requirements such as power, monitor(s), laptop, etc. please contact our conference AV contact, Scott Bradley, at Scott.bradley@encoreglobal.com.

Attendee Punch Cards
All attendees will be given a punch card at registration to encourage interaction at your booth. Those who successfully visit each booth, will enter their card for a raffle drawing sponsored by Griffith Company. We’d like to ask that you initial your booth space in the area provided on the card. Our goal is to provide an opportunity for you to meet and talk to all attendees.
